OMG this tape is quite impressive. I put a strip over the pain on my abdomen. Helped a lot! Put a strip where I have bulging discs on my lumbar spine. I felt immediate warmth. Wrapped my knuckles on my right hand and felt immediate protection of my index finger knuckle and surrounding area. Amazing!
