Returns are accepted for items in their original packaging and purchased on the ThriveTape.com website within 35 days of the package delivery date. Thrive Tape, Inc does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its Distributors.
To arrange to return your item or to obtain further information, please contact a Consumer Care representative by emailing us at email@example.com, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Customer Care will provide a pre-paid shipping label for return shipment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
